Where is the OC commercial real estate market headed? Data shows that we are entering into the upswing of a new real estate cycle. Job growth is positive, vacancies are falling- signs that there are new developments on the horizon. We will discuss what we are seeing and anticipating in the office and industrial markets from the tenant's perspective. Also, we will discuss some of the trends in how space is being used from a design and workplace solutions viewpoint.
