Description
The technology with the most potential to radically impact medical treatments and out healthcare system in the next 5-10 years is, undoubtedly, stem cells and regenerative medicine. UCI’s Sue and Bill Gross Stem Cell Research Center is one of the world’s leading centers of excellence and represents the absolute forefront of this exciting field of research.
OCTANe’s second annual Orange County Summit on Regenerative Medicine combines stimulating keynote presentations with cutting edge research and new start-up company overviews, with interactive discussions on translating academic research into practical application.
Main program starts 2:00 p.m. at the Thorp Conference Center. Registered attendees have the opportunity to tour the UC Irvine Stem Cell Research Center at UCI’s Gross Hall from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. We also have a limited number of “all access, behind the scenes” tours of the actual research facilities.
