Description:

Program Overview:
Because facilities costs are often one of the largest expenses after payroll, it is crucial that businesses maximize their negotiating leverage to enhance their bottom line. This means effectively managing the leasing process from start to finish so that you keep your project on time and within budget, while optimizing the quality and efficiency of your working environment.
In this workshop, we will discuss the current state of the economy as it relates to the real estate market in San Diego County and provide education and insight you can use in your next real estate transaction to save money, reduce risk, and, more importantly, understand the new trends in space design to uplift the synergy in your company in collaboration and space utilization.
We will offer you practical tips and strategies for negotiating your next real estate transaction from start to finish, including highlighting common pitfalls and high risk areas. You will walk away armed with information to help you navigate your way through a successful deal, whether you are renewing an existing lease, buying a building, relocating or expanding, designing or reconfiguring your space, or entering a new lease or sublease.
