For the convenience of our clients and to assure the highest levels of service, Integrium uses a single-point of contact model to manage clinical trial workscopes. Our Project Managers are experienced and service-oriented individuals tasked with exceeding the expectations of the client by successfully coordinating the integration of internal and external study teams. Our Project Managers serve as central facilitators of direction and proactive strategies to keep projects on track, on time and on budget. Additionally, all communication and reporting to clients is handled by our Project Managers.

With our vast experience in cardiovascular and metabolic disease trials, our Project Managers understand the operational variables and clinical details related to each workscope. They proactively conduct contingency planning at the outset, provide diligent surveillance during the course of the study and intervene as needed to keep projects on track. Their expertise at anticipating and mitigating risk provides an invaluable resource for our clients.

The relevant study experience and clinical knowledge of Integrium’s Project Managers adds value to each trial workscope. This is most evident in their excellent relationships with our key investigators. These constructive relationships are critical when managing recruitment and keeping sites motivated. Additionally, Project Managers oversee the following for each trial workscope:

  • Scope of work and timeline expectations
